
Each week, Kingsley Olympic celebrates the players who embody effort, attitude, development, and the values of our club. This weeks TOTW highlights standout individuals from the U7s, U8s, U10s and U11s age groups, each of whom delivered performances worthy of recognition.
KOFC U7s
Ollie- Special Mention:
Ollie produced a display built on sheer determination and intelligent play. He battled for every ball, pressed with intent, and consistently helped drive the team forward with his movement and attacking runs. His work rate and positive attitude set a brilliant example for his teammates. A fully deserved Team of the Week selection.
Zander – Referee’s Player of the Match
Zander delivered a relentless, hard-working performance that rightfully earned him the Referee’s Player of the Match award. His tackling, energy, and bravery ensured the team stayed competitive throughout. He won possession countless times and refused to back down in any challenge. A true warrior for the U7s.
KOFC U8s
Clarence – Parents’ Player:
Clarence once again showed the energy and desire he brings every single week. He worked tirelessly from start to finish, constantly making things happen in both possession and transition. His effort never dropped, and his positive influence on the game was clear throughout. He capped off his all action display with a well deserved reward, rounding off an excellent performance that impressed players, coaches, and parents alike.
Thomas – Manager’s Player:
Thomas delivered another strong captain’s performance, demonstrating maturity, composure, and a willingness to step up for his team. He led by example in open play, before taking responsibility in goal for part of the second half. His highlight came with a superb save that kept his team in control at a crucial moment. A display full of leadership and reliability from a player who continues to grow.
KOFC U10s
Morgan CPOTM:
Morgan continued her strong run of form with a commanding display. She battled against physical opposition, stood her ground with real confidence, and worked tirelessly for the team. Her standout moment came in the second half, showing her growing influence and technical ability.
Gerald PPOTM:
Despite not feeling at his best, Gerald delivered a sharp, clinical performance. His link-up play down the left was excellent, his pace caused constant problems, and his movement consistently created space. When chances came, he was calm and precise.
Ben Special Mention:
Ben delivered a brave and hardworking performance that fully earns him a special place in this week’s Team of the Week. After taking a nasty blow to the stomach in the first half, he showed real character and resilience to continue playing and make a significant impact on the match.
KOFC U11s
Charlie Smith:
Charlie’s continued hard work is clearly showing on the pitch. He produced another battling, disciplined performance, fighting for every challenge and giving the team real solidity. His commitment and intensity made a huge impact throughout the game.
George Ward:
George delivered a performance full of running, energy, and drive. He covered the pitch tirelessly, supported every phase of play, and maintained a high tempo from start to finish. His work rate and determination were key to the team’s overall performance.
This week’s selections highlight everything that makes Kingsley Olympic proud of its young players, determination, teamwork, bravery, and a real passion for improving every time they step onto the pitch. Each player recognised has shown outstanding commitment to their team and to the values of the club, and their performances are a reflection of the hard work happening across all age groups.
A huge well done to every player selected this week, and to all those who continue to give their all at training and on matchdays. The future is bright for Kingsley Olympic, and the effort shown across the squads this week proves exactly why.
