Another fantastic weekend of football saw outstanding effort, determination and teamwork across four of our age groups. Congratulations to all of this week’s Players of the Week, who demonstrated the values and standards that represent Kingsley Olympic FC so proudly.

Mini Kickers

Charlie
Recognised for his excellent work rate throughout the session. Charlie showed great energy and commitment, getting involved at every opportunity and working hard for his team.

Marley
Marley impressed with his engagement and confident dribbling. He was eager to take players on and showed great focus and enthusiasm from start to finish.

Under 7’s

Parents’ Player of the Match – Fin
Fin delivered a fantastic performance, showing determination from the first whistle to the last. He continually battled with his opponents, never backing down from a challenge and refusing to give up in any situation. His effort, toughness and team spirit were clear for everyone to see, a fully deserved recognition.

Referee’s Player of the Match – Zander
Zander produced a resilient display, showing composure and determination well beyond his years. He competed for every ball, worked tirelessly for his teammates and maintained his focus throughout. A brilliant reward for his outstanding attitude and effort.

Under 8’s

Parents’ Player of the Match – Kobi
Without doubt his best performance in a Kingsley shirt. Kobi showed exceptional determination from start to finish, never giving up on a single ball. His tackling was outstanding, winning challenges across the pitch while pressing the opposition and supporting his team. His bravery, work rate and positive attitude truly stood out.

Referee’s Player of the Match – Nico
Nico was superb throughout, creating excellent chances and working tirelessly in attack. His confident dribbling saw him take on defenders and drive the team forward. Having been challenged to get more involved defensively, Nico responded brilliantly, showing determination, stronger tackling and a real willingness to battle for possession. A complete performance.

Under 10’s

Coach’s Player of the Match – Jesse
A standout defensive display full of energy and perfectly timed tackles. Jesse not only defended superbly but also showed confidence in driving the ball forward, turning defence into attack with purpose and composure.

Parents’ Player of the Match – Sebastian
Sebastian demonstrated a 100% work rate in midfield, relentlessly pressing the opposition and limiting their attacking opportunities. His tireless effort helped the team transition forward effectively and provided a strong platform for attacking play. A disciplined and committed performance.
