Another fantastic week for all of our teams as we continue to finish the season strongly. Across every age group, the players showed incredible effort, determination, teamwork, and pride whilst representing the club. It has been brilliant to see the progress every squad has made throughout the season, with players continuing to develop their confidence, ability, and understanding of the game week after week. A huge well done to everyone involved for their commitment, attitude, and passion shown all season long.

Mini Kickers

Ace
Ace impressed with some excellent passing throughout the session, always looking to bring teammates into the game and making smart decisions on the ball. He also showed great confidence in front of goal with some brilliant shooting to cap off a fantastic performance.

Ronnie
Ronnie earns his place this week for his outstanding teamwork and attitude. He worked brilliantly with his teammates, encouraged others throughout, and showed a real understanding of playing together as a team.

U7’s

Referee Player of the Match – Finley
Finley delivered a superb performance from start to finish, working tirelessly for his team in both defence and attack. His determination and work rate never dropped, and he showed fantastic commitment throughout the game. Finley never gave up on any challenge and consistently put in the hard yards to help his teammates, fully deserving his Player of the Match award.

Parents Player of the Match – Junior
Junior showed incredible effort and determination throughout the entire match. He battled for every ball, kept going right until the final whistle, and displayed a brilliant attitude from start to finish. His never give up mentality and hard working performance made him a deserved winner this week.

U8’s

Managers Player – Thomas
Thomas was outstanding at the heart of the defence, showing composure, strength, and excellent awareness throughout the game. He defended brilliantly in difficult moments, made important tackles and interceptions, and helped keep his side organised at the back with a calm and disciplined performance.

Parents Player – Archie
Archie was a constant threat up front, working tirelessly for the team and causing problems for the opposition all game long. His movement, energy, and attacking play stood out, and he showed great determination leading the line with confidence and positivity.

U10’s

Parents Player – Max
After a four-month spell out through illness, Max made a fantastic and long awaited return to the team. Playing in an unfamiliar role up front, he worked incredibly hard throughout and showed great determination and character. Max picked up exactly where he left off, earning back to back Player of the Match awards with a committed and energetic performance that everyone was delighted to see.

Coaches Player – Joshua
Joshua put in a tireless display down the left hand side and in the middle, showing excellent work rate and attacking intent throughout the game. His forward runs were outstanding, and he consistently demonstrated great vision and awareness when creating opportunities for his teammates. A top quality performance full of energy and intelligence.

U11’s

George Ward
George completely changed the game in the second half after moving into central midfield. He took control of the game, dictated play brilliantly, and showed real composure and leadership in the middle of the pitch. A dominant performance that helped drive his team forward.

Sam Bull
Like George, Sam made a huge impact after switching into centre midfield during the second half. He worked tirelessly, won important battles, and helped take control of the game with his energy, determination, and quality on the ball. A superb all round display.

Dan Grainger
Dan produced a number of massive saves to keep his side in the game at crucial moments. His reactions, bravery, and composure under pressure were outstanding, giving his teammates confidence throughout the match and playing a huge role in the team’s performance.

A huge well done to all of our teams for another outstanding week and a fantastic season overall. Every player has represented Kingsley Olympic with pride, passion, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the year. The progress, effort, and commitment shown across every age group has been a credit to the club and everything it stands for.
